Portraiture
2010 Portrait Fees
Portrait Painting beginning at
* Up to $3000 depending on size of dog and complexity of background
· All commission work is done in oil on stretched canvas
· A 50% deposit is required when composition is decided and contract is signed. Additional 50% is due upon completion.
· Detailed backgrounds and/or animals included in portrait at additional cost to be discussed between client and artist.
· Complex clothing and backgrounds such as wallpaper and rugs etc. are approximately an additional 25% of portrait, priced separately.
· Work done from client photograph after review, discussion and artist approval
· For additional Subjects in Portrait add 80% to the portrait fee.
· Price quoted does not include framing or applicable sales tax.
· Costs of Shipping, Crating, and Insurance, if required, are the responsibility of the client.
· Travel: Artist's travel expenses, including transportation and lodging, will be paid by Client (if artist must travel more than 100 miles) and be added to the commission price.
· Price includes one photo shoot. Does not include travel expenses (if artist must travel more than 100 miles).
